TUMUAKI PĀNUI
Bula vakalevu ki na noda vanua ni sotia and Fakalofa lahi atu ki he katoaga fakamotu katoa - Hello to our school community in Fijian and Niuean.
As we would expect, Term 4 is off to an exciting start with various opportunities for the tamariki (children). The success of the year 3 Noho Marae is admirable, providing students with valuable experiences away from home and gaining a deeper understanding of Tikanga. Kudos to the dedicated team of kaiako and Miranda McMahon for making it happen and creating lasting memories for the ākonga (students).Athletics day next Friday will be another wonderful event, and the invitation for whānau (family) to come and support the athletes adds a special touch to the occasion.A heartfelt thank you to Kumeroa Brown for her three years of service on the kura Board. Her contributions and energy have undoubtedly made a positive impact on the kura, all while taking care of her moko (grandchildren). The emphasis on staying engaged with Seesaw for communication and sharing the child's learning journey with whānau is crucial, and it's great to know that the end-of-year report will be featured there in the last week of Term.Wishing everyone a great weekend (Kia pai tō rā whakatā), and looking forward to seeing everyone back on Tuesday.
