40 Kura Kids travelled to Ascot Park on Wednesday May 24 to compete at the Porirua Inter School Cross Country. The track was a perfect traditional track with a challenging hill and plenty of mud! We had an amazing group of whānau come and support us on what was a chilly morning.

It is fair to say that Tītahi Bay School shone throughout the event with 19 of the 30 Regional qualifiers coming from our kura. Those 19 now head to Masterton to compete against all the best runners from Wellington, Hutt Valley, Kapiti Coast and Wairarapa.

Regional Team

All of the above students from year 4-6 have qualified for the Regional Team as well as

Callan Forgeson, Oscar Tilley, Miesha Beattie, Nikita Ranchord, Otis Twaddle, Emily Love and Ismalia Wright.
