Kia ora, Talofa, Mālō e lelei, Bula and Kia orāna whānau

We have had another wonderful couple of weeks at kura with our full school cross country, book week and senior swimming supporting our wonderful classroom programmes. It was lovely to welcome a large number of new tamariki at our pōwhiri last week too.

Please make sure you book a time to see your child’s teacher in week 10 of this term. This is the best opportunity to kōrero about their report, celebrate their successes for the year and set learning goals for the remainder of 2023. It is very powerful for your child to see their whānau celebrating their learning journey.

This week delivered another awesome Book Week and as we aim to rocket reading across the school, it was so cool to see everyone return home with at least one book from the swap. We had a team of teachers go above and beyond again in providing a wide range of opportunities during the week. We also had some super helpful whānau come in and help with costumes.
