On Wednesday of Week 9, thirty tamariki were lucky enough to attend a local histories bus tour hosted by Ngāti Toa. It was a great day with the sun shining and lots of laughter and new learning. Tamariki explored local areas and learnt about our local iwi whilst listening to stories about our local area. Following the bus tour, tamariki completed workshops and learnt new language and skills. Thank you to the Ngāti Toa Iwi for this incredible opportunity.
