WORLD DOWN SYNDROME DAY

Tītahi Bay School —

World Down Syndrome Day is Monday 21 March

The theme of this year’s event is CONNECT

It’s hard for us to come together and CONNECT at this time but it’s not hard for us to show our support for tamariki around our region who have Down Syndrome.

This year we are going to encourage our tamariki to come to school wearing Blue and/or Yellow.

There will also be a coin trail with any money received going straight to Wellington Down Syndrome Association https://wdsa.co.nz/

Each class will be invited into the Hall to place their money and to add their handprint to a mural for our hall.

SO… GET INVOLVED, DRESS UP in Blue &/or Yellow,

Bring a COIN for the Coin Trail and Don’t Forget to HAVE FUN!
