Our first group of Ngahere students (all of Room 11 and some of Room 7) went on a bus tour on Tuesday morning, guided by a Ngāti Toa tour guide - Caleb.  They have been finding out about local places of significance to the Tangata Whenua of this rohe, Ngāti Toa Rangatira.   They have visited various sites, learning why they are significant.   What an experience they had!
