We talk a lot about leading — walking in front — but walking beside is everything. Jesus walked with the people. He met them where they were, wherever that was, and encouraged growth and healing. I believe that's how we're called to participate in God's mission. Listening more than talking and lots of laughs and — in Level 1 times — hugs.
