Judith McGinley OP was appointed the Chair of the Tui Motu Board at their meeting in November — the 7th Chair of the Board. Judith takes over from Neil Darragh who has been the Chair for the last five years. 

We thank Neil for his strength in governance and for his personal support of Tui Motu magazine, especially as a writer. Neil will remain as a director on the Board.

Judith has a long association with Tui Motu magazine. She was one of the founding team of the magazine and served as a director from the beginning in 1997 until 2005. She joined the Board again in 2016. Judith has promoted the magazine through the years especially in the parishes where she lived in Wellington.

We welcome Judith to the position of Chair and look forward to working with her.
