Lockdown Thought — Day 27

In the autumn of my life I have a touch of spring. I make sure I hug as many people daily as I can. I drink cups of tea with neighbours at the drop of a hat. I waste time watching the changing light on the hills. I try not to forget to let those I love know it. When it snows I dance in it, opening my mouth to catch the snowflakes. And I laugh so loud my neighbours can hear it across the fields.

We can live with this exuberance, too, in our bubbles.
