Important Reminder for Parents: Medical Conditions & Medication Forms

Dear Parents,

To ensure the health and safety of all our students, we kindly ask that you inform the school office of any medical conditions your child may have. If your child requires medication during the school day, please provide the necessary medication to the office and complete the appropriate forms. Children cannot carry medication in their school bag.

Please ensure that the relevant form is filled out and submitted to the office with your child’s medication if your child needs medication administered during school hours.
