Information about cancelling lunch orders

Families can cancel their lunch orders right up until the cut off time - please find more information on how to by clicking onto this link -Cancel an order for a selected date

If you've ordered an item for a selected date (ie. you had to select your date(s) from a list when ordering), you can cancel your order until the cut-off time for that particular service.

NOTE: this applies to date selected services only (eg. Lunches).

IMPORTANT: Cancellations will not be accepted after the cut-off time for the particular service.  Cut-off times can vary for different lunch suppliers. If the cut-off time for orders has passed, the cancel option will not be available to you, and you will not be able to cancel the order.
