Internet and Phone outages

Upper Harbour Primary School —

Next week our internet infrastructure is being upgraded - please read how you can support our office staff to ensure our school continues to run smoothly

Next week, our school’s internet and phone systems will be undergoing an upgrade. This upgrade has been eagerly awaited and will improve teaching and learning, however there will be times when our internet and internal phones are offline. This may cause delays in our ability to respond or access information.

To help ensure the smooth running of the school, we kindly ask for your support by:

Avoiding non-urgent phone calls – If your query is not urgent, please email office@upperharbour.school.nz, and our team will respond as soon as possible.
Minimising disruptions – Please avoid phoning the office if possible. E.g requests to collect children for appointments can be made in person.
Being patient – There may be delays in accessing information or responding to requests during the upgrade.
