For the first time in recent history, Upper Hutt College entered a tennis team into the weekly College Sport Wellington Intercollegiate competition played on Tuesday nights.

Our team of Will Robinson, Zean Coetzee, Cody Misseldine, Alex Nelson and Lucy Robinson (fill-in extraordinaire) went the whole season only losing one match. 

They were deservedly crowned champions on the last week of school after defeating Hutt Valley High School 3-0!

Zac Chang, Will Robinson and Lucy Robinson also played at the College Sport Wellington Open at the Renouf Centre. 

Zac was the standout performer, winning the B grade competition.  Meanwhile, Will was a finalist in the B grade boys' consolation draw and Lucy lost in the A grade girls' consolation semifinal.
