Early in Term 4, the students from Year 11, 12 and 13 Drama were lucky enough to attend a performance at Circa Theatre in Wellington City. Drama teacher Jason Towersey recaps.

The students were bussed in from school, to watch Owls Do Cry, a show created by Auckland’s internationally renowned Red Leap Theatre Company. 

Loosely based on Janet Frame’s classic New Zealand novel, the performance was striking and original, giving our students lots of inspiration for their own drama creations.
