The Upper Hutt College Board of Trustees meets monthly on the last Thursday of every month, in the Board Room at the College.

The Trustees are:

Garth Johnson (Chairperson), Mark Brewer, Jaco Greyling, Tania Jones, Tania Wilkinson, Mackenzie Brewer (Student Rep), Bruce Thomas (Staff Rep), Judith Taylor (Principal). The Board Secretary is Karen Huaki-Feaver.
