Mayden-Rose's paintings make national publication

UHC Admin —

Year 12 Painting student Mayden-Rose Yuile-Vanderbeld has been selected as one of the winners of a secondary school art competition run by InsideOUT Kōaro.

The organisation is a national New Zealand charity providing resources, education, consulting and support for anything concerning rainbow and takatāpui communities.

Mayden has won an art bundle from Gordon Harris. See Mayden's entry below, an excerpt from her Year 12 Paint portfolio this year. Well done Mayden.

Head of Art Rachel Clark says that Mayden-Rose is an exceptional art student whose focus of her portfolio has been about celebrating the LBGTQI community.
