Year 12 and 13 Food and Nutrition students spent a day out and about looking at various food initiatives in the Hutt Valley.

They visited Kaibosh Food Rescue where they found out about the large amount of food that gets redistributed to social agencies in the Hutt Valley. 

They then had a yummy vegetarian lunch at the Remakery in Epuni and found out about the cool work they do feeding school kids and growing food for their community.
