Upper Hutt's inaugural Student Leadership Conference a success!

Over 320 student leaders from Upper Hutt primary and intermediate schools converged on UHC for a day of leadership based activities.
Hosting the first-time event, UHC students were actively engaged in running activities and guiding one of the 16 groups around the school.
The day was a year in the planning and the purpose was to bring Upper Hutt schools together to develop student leadership capabilities.
With some much appreciated funding from the Upper Hutt City Council and other organisations the day was a huge success with a delicious lunch provided for all participants too.
