Beginning Monday 15 November, all seniors students will be involved in senior tutorials until Friday 19 November. The focus of these tutorials will be preparation for NCEA exams, which begin on Monday 22 November, and catching up on internal assessments. There will also be an Achievement Opportunity Programme running for invited students.

Please note the following about the programme:

• During the Senior Tutorial Week there will be no timetabled senior classes.
• Tutorial times are a chance for students to catch up on internal work as well as prepare for externals.
• The bell times will run as per normal. There are no junior exams this year.
• Students must attend in full school uniform and be prompt to sessions. Students are not to hang around once they have completed tutorials.
• The library will be open for students to quietly study if there is a gap between tutorials.
• The Achievement Opportunity Programmes (AOP) will run in B3 and B4.
• If there is a tutorial on for one of their subjects they will be sent there once they have checked into B3/ B4.
• Some rooms may change since publishing this - if this is the case a note will be left on the door to the classroom on the day.
• Students who are at home are expected to be studying for their exams or completing any internally assessed work that they can.
