The head students of Upper Hutt College, Shakira Khan and Dhanraj Soni have met with their counterparts from Heretaunga in a bid to further strengthen relations. This is their account of the meeting.

We conversed about the up and coming Heretaunga-Upper Hutt Exchange. This is a competition between our colleges which entails our prized sports teams battling it out so one college emerges victorious. 

In this meeting we talked about ways we could connect our two colleges, culturally. We are going to innovate more ways to connect together as colleges to reinforce our partnership and thus we look forward to seeing these events transpire. 

We hope that we can meet more in the coming future to see what we are capable of achieving together.
