Head students, Will Robinson and Emily Blackadder were invited to Fergusson Intermediate to talk with 20 of their Year 7 & 8 leaders.

In the session, Will and Emily talked about what it means to be a leader, what makes a good leader, and their own leadership journey.

"We coached them through things they can do and they used this for planning some events at their school," Emily said.

This resulted in a change of students running events at Fergussson.

"It was really hopeful seeing the next generation of leaders as they were really invested in what we were doing".
