Head Girl, Ella Youngman-Mark and Deputy Head Girl, Cara Morrison, attended a CBN gathering in late June, gaining valuable leadership insights. Here the pair report on their experience.

On the 27 June, Ms Kirk, Cara and I were fortunate enough to attend the Catholic Bishops Network Luncheon. 

This event was held at the Te Pae Convention Centre in Christchurch City. Dame Therese Walsh and Sir Brian Roche were the guest speakers at this event. They both spoke about their experiences of being a leader in numerous high-profile businesses while also incorporating their Catholic faith into their leadership. 

It was a really beneficial experience, learning about how to deal with challenges, how to face adversity and learning about the importance of surrounding yourself with supportive people.
