In Year 10 Science, students embark on an exciting journey into the world of scientific discovery, blending indigenous knowledge with modern science. This compulsory course consists of six engaging units designed to foster a deep understanding of scientific principles and their real-world applications. 

Our exploration of mātauranga Māori, intertwined with the New Zealand curriculum strands, will take us through The Living World, The Material World, The Physical World, and Planet Earth and Beyond. 

Throughout this educational voyage, students will also immerse themselves in The Nature of Science, an overarching strand that encourages them to bridge the gap between scientific knowledge and everyday decision-making.
