Villa Maria College looks forward to welcoming students from overseas in 2024. We have many wonderful homestay families, but we do require a few more.

In particular, we are currently looking for homestay families for 8 Brazilian students who will be studying with us for Term 1 and 2 in 2024.

We also have some lovely Japanese students who are here just for Term 1 of 2024. If you are new to hosting, or can’t commit to a longer period, this could be the hosting role for you!

A vitally important part of a successful stay for our students at Villa, is the experience each student gets with a host family. Lifelong relationships can be formed, and our international students really appreciate having supportive and welcoming homes to stay in. Being hosted by a Villa family is an added bonus for our international students. It really helps to make them feel part of school community.

In 2024, families are reimbursed at a rate of $300/week to host a student through Villa Maria College.
