What our ākonga tell us
The best way to find out what kids think is to ask them. We recently surveyed our learners and this is what they told us.
Over 80% of students selected positive responses "almost always" or "very often"
Our learners responded to these statements about each of their online classes. The results are aggregated in the images below:
155 students from 49 schools and 36 classes completed the survey. Subject details and suggestions will be used by eTeachers in planning for 2022.
Comments about classes were optional. Here are some of the things our learners said:
- this class is very helpful it lets me with new things talk with new people
- I learn new things in every lesson
- I love vln so much it has helped me grow as a person !
- know how much I appreciated this class
- VLN has A LOT of languages, writing and much more! VLN is one of my favourite online lessons :)
- I would like to let you know that Vln was so much fun and i cant wait to take all i learnt during classes on with me.
Suggestions on how we could help students learn better received requests for longer classes or more sessions.
