Registrations for Semester 2 online learning are open now

Find out all the important information on how to register, what you need to do to prepare and support your learners and funding support available. Current participating schools and new schools please read carefully and note actions you need to take.

Registration timeline

We have lots of great new programmes available this year - see our full prospectus here. 

Current participating schools :

  • If your students wish to continue in the same programmes you do not need to re-register.  
  • If you want to make changes or are participating in a 'whole class' programme please email us to confirm your intentions for Semester 2.

All schools:

  • Registrations for new students or notification of changes - close 27 June
    Registration form here. You will also need to complete a spreadsheet with students details.
    However whole class enrolments can still be made at any time, depending on teacher availability. 
  • Check Semester 2 draft timetableavailable 4 July
    schools check these carefully to ensure that your students are in the classes they have registered for AND there are no clashes with other school commitments (like tech times). The timetable may be drafted more than once during the week before classes to accommodate changes so please check each version.
  • Classes start - first week of Term 3
    make sure you have adequate support & supervision in the first few weeks that children are getting started. 
    • There are 10 weeks of classes in term 3
    • There are 5 weeks of classes in term 4 finishing 18 November
  • Class Calendar - all classes will be listed on our VLN Primary google calendar, when they are finalised. When these are available please add the appropriate classes to your own class and school calendar so that you can set up reminders (just click on the event and choose copy to your calendar). Get your students to do this too.

Preparing Schools & Students

Learning online is a partnership between schools and the VLN Primary. We work with you to ensure your learners are well supported and ready to participate in their online programmes. Book one of our free introductory sessions:
