On the 20th of March, we welcomed our two Downe House exchange students, Annabel Jackaman and Georgia Ainscough, who are hosted by two of our Year 10 students, Gabby Hall and Olivia Bell.

 As these are our first exchange visitors since the Covid disruptions, their arrival into our community has been especially exciting. As well as immersing themselves into the school routines at Dio, our English visitors have been treated to some wonderful Kiwi experiences and adventures with the Hall and Bell families, including blackwater rafting at Waitomo caves, a tour of the Kiwi House, boating, water skiing and sightseeing in Auckland. 

Annabel and Georgia will spend a further week with their host families after term ends, returning to the UK on the 15th of April.
