BE READY FOR BOARDING 2025

All boarding parents for new and returning students must complete the Boarding Permission Form 2025 before the arrival of our boarders next year. Electronic copies of next year's Boarding Permission Form, Boarding Entrance Medical Examination Form and Vehicle Procedures and Vehicle Use Application Form have been emailed to new boarding parents.

To ensure we have all the necessary information for Orah our electronic boarding system, we ask for the following documents that have been emailed to be:

• 2025 Boarding Permission Form - read, completed, and emailed to boarding@wdsg.school.nz  by Thursday 30 January 2025 5pm

• 2025 Boarding Entrance Medical Examination form - read, complete and email to nurse@wdsg.school.nz by Thursday 30 January 2025 5pm

• 2025 Boarding Student Vehicle Application and Vehicle Procedures for Y12 and 13 boarders - read, complete and email to  boarding@wdsg.school.nz if applicable by Thursday 30 January 2025 5pm

For current boarding students and parents, the boarding permission form has been sent via Orah. The boarding student vehicle application for Y12 and 13 boarders with accompanying evidence of driver's licence and successful completion of a defensive driving course can be sent directly to seniorboarding@wdsg.school.nz . Please complete the Orah form and vehicle application form by Thursday 30 January 2025 5pm as well.
