Congratulations to the following hockey players on their selection into the 2022 Waikato Hockey U18 Women’s Team.
They are joined by Old Girl Aleksia Junge (Class of 2021).
All the very best for the representative season ahead!
1st X1 Hockey dress presentation
Our 1st XI Hockey team was presented their dresses before their first game of the season. This was a special acknowledgement of the honour of being selected into our 65th 1st XI team. The presentation was led by our new coaching team Carla Johl and Kim Herewini (née Tanner) who are both Old Girls and have also proudly worn the dress.
The team capped off the night with a 7-0 win against Hauraki!
A huge congratulations to coxswain Alice Mackintosh on her selection into the North Island U18 Rowing Team. Alice was also been named Captain of the team!
The team has trained together and then competed in the North vs South Regatta at Lake Karapiro over the holidays.
Awesome work Alice!

The Water Polo season wrapped up at the start of this term and both our teams had a great season under the guidance of Jamie Campbell who has returned to coaching at Dio.
Our Senior A finished 3rd and our Development team were 5th equal.
Well done to all who were involved in representing us so well.
We are thrilled to be hosting Auckland Diocesan this Monday 23 May for our annual Sports and Cultural Exchange. It has been a long time coming to have them here on our home turf and we can’t wait!
