St Patrick’s School is a state-integrated Catholic full primary school that provides quality education for children aged five to thirteen in the Parish of The Holy Trinity.

The school is situated in the heart of Christchurch servicing the suburbs of Bryndwr, Fendalton, Merivale and Strowan. The Sisters of Mercy founded the School in 1951. The Sisters of Jesus and Mary succeeded the Mercy sisters in 1962. The Charism of these religious orders, together with gospel values, enable us to provide all children with quality education in a supportive and caring environment. St Patrick’s School is committed to fostering confident, self-motivated, life-long learners. The promotion of Christian virtues allows the grace of God to shine through our students, staff and community.
