Ethan Johnstone is passionate about cooking and hopes to own his own restaurant one day.

Ethan visited the Ara Timaru campus on Thursday and was shown around the campus's impressive kitchen and the Stars training restaurant. 

Impressed to say the least, Ethan is looking forward to exploring his future career pathway.
