On Tuesday 5 boys from Waimate High School represented the school at Aoraki Athletics in Timaru.  Well done  to Oliver Pankhurst, Sam Hobart, Jacob Zwies, Ben Veldkamp and Jayden Stevens.

Jacob Zwies competed in the Year 9 boys race placing 24th. 

Oliver Pankhurst, Sam Hobart and Ben Velkamp competed in the Junior Boys section (3000m). Placings were Oliver 23rd, Sam 25th and Ben 26th.  

These three boys placed third as a team in the Junior Boys section.  Congratulations.

Jayden Stevens competed in the Senior Boys race (4500m), he placed 29th.
