Barista in the making

Year 13 student Lily Pay, is a dual enrolment student, attending Waimate High School four days per week and Ara Tertiary Institute one day per week over the course of the school year. Dual Enrolment programmes are another way to earn NCEA credits and get a feel for tertiary study, while you’re still at school.  Lily is currently studying toward a Level 3 Certificate in Cookery and Restaurant Service skills.
