Customer Service Skills

Year 11 and 12 students participated in a two-day Customer Service Skills programme on Monday and Tuesday of this week.

Our students thoroughly enjoyed the course. The NZQA accredited learning modules taught the students valuable skills in diversity in workplaces, communicating in a team or group, interacting with customers in a service delivery context, completing complex forms and providing customer service.
