This course covers a combination of basic automotive, engineering and welding skills to start you on the road to being confident in a general workshop. During the course you'll get some experience on repair and maintenance on small engines and plant. You'll also learn to weld and grasp some basic engineering skills. This course is delivered one day per week during school term time (Thursdays 9:00am - 3:00pm).  

Dual Enrolment programmes are part-time 1 year (while still at school) and free if you're in Year 12 or 13. They are a great way to earn NCEA credits and get a feel for tertiary study, while you’re still at school. Enrolments are now open for 2024 intake in this programme and others.
