An "Eggcellent" outcome - no yoking! 🤣🤣

At the end of Term 2 Level 2 Agriculture became the proud owners of 26 “day old” chicks. They have raised them to “point of lay”, and have pre sold all of them. This week they collected their first eggs. Next week the hens will fly the nest. It has been a valuable opportunity to independently raise animals at school. They have been able to observe the growth and development of the chickens and this has allowed for hands-on experiences in a theory based exam assessment.
