Principal's Word - Term 4 Week 6

Kia ora everyone,

A short article from me this week. Our students have been pretty busy! On Saturday some students competed at the South Island Youth Jackpot rodeo. You can read more about this later in this newsletter. We also had our Year 7 and 8 students out competing in the district athletics on Tuesday. On Wednesday we had our William Pike challenge group travel to Adrenaline Forest in Christchurch and also on Wednesday and Thursday we had a group of Year 10 students travel to Timaru to compete in the BP business challenge.

Just a reminder that next week we are having a teacher only day on Friday 24th November so our teachers can prepare for the new NCEA changes. We will be send out more information for parents on what these changes will look like soon.
