WORKING BEE
The Waimate Opportunities Project and Waimate High School are having a working bee at the Waimate Racecourse On Sunday, May 21st starting at 10 am, with a Sausage Sizzle lunch to follow. We have a short list of jobs we want to achieve so that our land-based teaching and learning can have a new home.
Please let us know if you can help with any of the following:
Removing a post and rail fence (tractor and loader).
Cleaning the outside of the building (powerwasher).
Cleaning the inside of the building (vacuum cleaner and cleaning products).
Tidying the area around the building (push mower/ weed whacker).
Freshen up the fences (White paint, paint brushes, wire brushes, tools, and nails for repairs).
Health and Safety Signs to be hung (drill, screws).
