NEW ZEALAND STORM BASKETBALL TEAMS

Congratulations to Emily Cooney and Briar Craig who have been selected in the New Zealand Storm Basketball teams to travel to Las Vegas in July. 

Emily Cooney has been selected in the under 16 team and Briar Craig has been selected in the under 13 team. 

Both have these girls have been invited into these team as they have been spotted at recent tournaments. 

Emily and Briar are the only South Canterbury girls selected.  Each team has 8/9 players from throughout New Zealand.  We are extremely proud of both of these girls.  They have both put in a lot of hard work for basketball and it is really paying off for them. 

In the holidays the girls will be running skills sessions and a basketball boot camp as a fundraiser.
