BEACH RIPPA RUGBY

Last week, during junior tournament week we had 2 teams enter the Beach Rippa rugby day.  This was held at Caroline Bay in Timaru.  

The teams played against other schools.  They were from Roncalli, Waitaki, St Kevins, Craighead, Mackenzie, Opihi and Geraldine.

Before the games started there was a fun beach dash along Caroline Bay.  Our girls team were undefeated for the day, playing some awesome rippa rugby.  Our boys team had some very close games and came away with a good win. 

This was an awesome day and our students really enjoyed it.  Thanks to Pania Taupo and Andrew Davis for coming away with the teams for the day.
