NZRCA YOUTH JACKPOT RODEO

Last weekend Waimate Rodeo Club hosted the NZRCA Youth Jackpot. This was a great opportunity for our young ones to give bull riding, pole bending and barrel racing a go. The club held coaching in the morning and the opportunity to give it a go.

We had 5 Waimate High School students who jumped at the chance.

Well done to Kayla Proudfoot, Emily Cooney, Maddi Matthews and Jayla Davis for riding a bull and Sally Cooney for competing in the barrel racing and pole bending.

This was an awesome event and I know these students are ready to give it a go again.
