For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Andy McHaffie and I am taking over from Dan Crossley as Careers Advisor.

I have been at Waimea College for coming up eighteen years, and can usually be found teaching English and Media Studies.

I have spent the last few years also working as a Dean and learning how to best serve students to find their right career path.

Keep an eye out for announcements coming up in the next few weeks, as we have Liaison Officers visiting from Victoria, Canterbury and Otago Universities and the Ara Institute of Technology in Christchurch. We will posting about these visits in Teams and in the school notices.
