The main news from Careers Corner is that Mr Crossley, the Head Of Department, is moving on to a new position at the University of Otago.

I would like to thank all the students and staff I have worked with over the past 18 months. The "Waimea Way" is special and what makes this a good school. To all of you; keep up the good work and maintain this. I would like to acknowledge the Principals Scott Haines and Graeme Smith, the Senior Leadership Team, all teachers and support staff and all students, especially the Year 13s who set a high standard. I pass over to Mr McHaffie who will do a great job and continue the Waimea Way in our Careers Department.  Finally to Kylie Connell and Mr Malthus - a big thanks! I could not have done my job to the best of my ability without your support. You are both exceptional in your roles.
