If your student is going to be absent, please notify the College by using one of the options below.

Phone the College (544 6099, then press option 1)
Please leave a clear message with your student's full name, year level and the reason for their absence.

Email attendance@waimea.school.nz providing the same information as above.

If a student is unwell or injured during the day, they should:
Go to the Student Office and staff will phone a parent/caregiver to come and collect them.
It is really important that students sign out through the Student Office, so we can make sure they are looked after until someone arrives to pick them up. Please encourage your teen to follow this process.

If a student is signing out for an appointment or signing in on their return to school, they should:
Sign in and out at the Attendance Office.
