Knowing how to handle ‘stress’ is a key tool for our teenagers at this time of the year.

In Ako, this term our Year 10-12 students are learning the difference between worry, stress and anxiety and encouraged to use the right language to describe how they are feeling.
We experience worry in our mind, stress in our body and anxiety effects both.
