Casting for a New TVNZ Kids Series

Kim McNeilly —

Please read below for an exciting opportunity!

Greenstone TV together with The Antarctic Heritage Trust are putting together a new TV series for HEIHEI and TVNZ 2 aimed at getting young New Zealanders excited about our great outdoors.

The Explorer Club is currently casting for 4-6 young New Zealanders between the ages of 12-16 for an all-expenses paid adventure. They will be filming in Akaroa in late November and Aoraki Mt. Cook National Park in two chunks in mid-December. They are inviting anyone interested and available during one of the filming periods to audition to be part of the programme.

As part of that, they're reaching out to schools around Nelson whose students and families might have an interest in participating.

All information, including contact details, is in the attached flyer. You can also contact the producer directly at spencer.s@greenstonetv.com or 027 777 0449 if you have any questions. Participating in The Explorer Club is a great opportunity to get some amazing experiences, meet new people, learn some new skills, and help spread a love of our wild places.

Audition deadlines are November 15th, so interested people are encouraged to reach out sooner rather than later!
