Please read below for information on our parent portal which links to our student database.

The portal allows you to see student and school information including daily notices, calendar events, reports, NCEA results, timetable, and attendance for your student. Not only will you be able to view upcoming events so you can encourage their participation, you will also be able to monitor their daily attendance and academic progress. 

To access the Portal login in screen via our website (www.waimea.school.nz), click the Portal Login link at the top of the page (or on a mobile device, click on the little person icon). 

Click the Login box, then use the "Magic Link" option using the email address that you have registered with the school (the one that you usually receive our emails on) - then check your email for a sign in link. You can also use Google or Microsoft sign in if you have registered one of those accounts with the school.

To view this information on a mobile phone or tablet, either iPhone or Android, we strongly encourage you to download the Schoolbridge App. In the App settings, the school name is Waimea College. Please ensure you have the latest version of the app. The Schoolbridge app can be used to report an absence message to the school and should you have more than one teenager at Waimea College, you can switch accounts between each sibling! 

We use email to send Waimea College newsletters, reports and statements as well as other important information. Because this is our primary means of communicating these services to you, we'd really appreciate you notifying us of changes to this and to any other contact details. You can use the Portal to notify the College of these changes.
