This year, Waimea College had over 50 Year 12 and 13 students attend Trades Academy courses, both at NMIT and Whenua Iti.

Programmes included Hairdressing, Beauty, Automotive and Mechanical Engineering, Manaaki Tāpoi and Adventure Tourism Leadership. Recently, student successes were celebrated at an Awards Ceremony, where four of our students received Top Student Awards.
