We are not a fundraising committee. We are dedicated to providing assistance and education for parents, students and teachers of Waimea College.

· You are your child’s most important role model. Showing them that you are involved and value their education will teach them to value it as well.

· At PTA meetings you can have your say, raise concerns and suggest ideas.

· The PTA addresses and organises presentations that advocate for issues that affect various aspects of student and parent life.

· You can make connections with other parents and work together to build a stronger foundation for students to grow and thrive.

· Whether you want to organise an event or help out on the day there is always an opportunity to share your skills.

· Most importantly you will be in the “know”. You find out what is going on at the school and get to know members of staff better.
