Study Link
All students leaving school who need to access loans and allowances and who did not attend the on-line applications session at school are encouraged to apply on-line by 16 December at the latest to make sure you can get everything sorted ready for the start of your course. 

To start your application go to: www.studylink.govt.nz Further help is also available from the Study Link Adviser, who has a workspace at MSD office in Nelson, or by phoning 0800 88 99 00.

University Enrolments
Year 13 students going to University in 2022 are reminded to complete enrolments with the university they will be attending. Note: Many universities have an enrolment deadline of early December 2021. Please check individual university websites for exact dates and details.

Important Tertiary Information – First Year Fees Free
Senior students who will be entering tertiary study in 2022 need to check eligibility for Fees Free via this website www.feesfree.govt.nz. Further information may be requested and, in some cases, you may need to sign a printed declaration in front of a Justice of Peace and return this to Fees Free.

Congratulations to all students who have been awarded scholarships for tertiary study.

Year 9 Careers
Year 9 students will be completing a ‘Careers Focus’ unit during their Social Studies class this term.
